If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with or doesn’t fit, you can return your item provided that it adheres to our conditions of return.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- Returns must be returned to K A P S U L E within 7 days (South Africa) and 14 days (for Rest of the World) of purchase
- Any items returned after 7 days (South Africa) and 14 days (for Rest of the World) of purchase will be denied
- All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Items must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder so please take due care when trying on your order.
- Accessories and underwear may not be returned. (Including, but not limited to swimwear, sunglasses and earrings.)
- Any shoes returned must not be worn. NB* Please see pre-order policy.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained (make-up, fake tan) or altered won't be accepted.
- Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed.
CANNOT BE RETURNED:
For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless for a manufacturing fault
FUALTY / INCORRCT ITEMS:
We take great pride in the quality of our products; therefore all items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that you have received a item, which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number and fault/incorrect item.
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended.
In the event of a manufacturing fault or incorrect item being sent, we will gladly refund you the shipping cost once we receive your item. For returns from South Africa up to the value of R100 and for the Rest of the World to the value of R300
NB: ALL PREORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (UNLESS FAULTY). IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES WE WILL GIVE CREDIT VOUCHER REFUNDS.
-This includes Shoes and all items made via preorder.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Email email@example.com with your order number stating your reason for return.
Once we receive your Return Request, we will send you an email confirming your return and provide you with your Return Form to complete.
Post the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it (South Africa) and 14 days (for Rest of the World). Please include the Returns Form provided to you.
We will assess the returned item to determine whether it's fit for return, then notify you of your store credit or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if our returns policy has not been adhered to.
You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your K A P S U L E account when this transaction is complete. Returns are processed within 7 - 21 working days of receiving your items.
-Refund Cycle days are on the 1st- 15th -30th of the month (However accounts reserves the right to pay on any date.)
Cancelled Orders. (Prior to shipping)
Refund is via payment method.
Payment Direct Bank Deposits: Customer will have to provide us with a South African Bank Account Number and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Credit Cards Via PayFast take up to 30 days to appear.
